Aspiration Day

Aspiration day is an annual event that is held for students to deliver their thoughts on school, critics,etc. Sadly, tho I didn't attend this year's aspiration day due to problems with my scheduling. First problem is that we were told only the day before that aspiration is going to be on Friday, and I already had an appointment for my Japanese tutor. 
The second problem is that I was also very tired, I know that this should not be an excused. However, before the event all students had a swimming class. For the boys, it was after the Friday prayer and the event is supposed to start at 2 so of course I was very tired, not only that the morning before that I had a jogging test. All of the tests werw traightforward, you just have to run and swim with front crawl style however since we have to do it repetitively it completely drained my energy. 
Thinking about Japanese class, and why I chose to have one is because for most of the part I am very insterested to study in Japan especially gaining the MEXT scholarship for undergraduate studies and it is also expensive. So missing one class is like loosing time and money at the same time. Even though a lot of my friends said that it's boring and useless, I don't think that way because of several reasons:
1. Japan is losing it's workforce due to it's ageing society. This means that Japan is very likely to open their doors to high skilled immigrants especially those who can speak Japanese
2. Japan has  some world renowned institute and universities. So putting the extra work on Japanese class is a must. In my head
3. Finally, for my personal opinion. I think that Japan is unique in it's own way because the way their society works, is that they are able to combine their own culture and preserve their culture to survive alongside the modern world and globalization.

Note for teachers:
So those are the reasons for my absent during Aspiration Day. I hope this assignment completes my score. I also madea travel blog regarding my trip to Singapore so be sure to check it out in case this is not enough.
