The Food Of Hell From Indonesia Famous as one of the best tropical countries, Indonesia provides tons of uniqueness and excitement. Its nature, culture, and art always bring millions of tourist each year. However, this time we are going to talk about one thing, Indonesia’s cuisine, in particular Sambal. Sambal or sambel is infamous among tourist as the food of hell for its undeniable ability to make the consumer produces tears and sweat when eating. Produced using chili as its main ingredient, sambal is indeed taste extremely spicy. Sambal is made by grinding ‘cabai’ or chili, along with several complements such as onion, cherry,  tomato, ‘terasi’, sugar, and salt. The ingredients are grinded using traditional tool made usually from wood or plastic. The texture is smooth with a vibrant color of green and red, depending on which chili you use.  There are a lot of short stories on the internet but here is the one that i found very interesting  it is called or named "The Elephant Rope". Here's how it goes:  The Elephant Rope As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not. He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. “Well,” trainer said, “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them.    So last 2 weeks ago as I'm currently writing this, I had an unforgettable experience on a school program in which i would never forget. It's called the Student's Basic Leadership Training. In Indonesia this type of training is actually pretty common for students in Junior and Senior Highschool.This type of event is usually only held for 10th graders, however 11th, and 12th graders can also join if they haven't done it before.  Preparation     So the night before the event or the program I actually organized a lot of my equipment, beverages, and also some of my medicines in my bag. Fun fact I actually carried 3 separate bags (( 1 backpack, and 2 bags) for this specific training. The first bag/ backpack is the main bag, that was where i put all of my clothes, foods, and also some medicine, the second bag was where I organized all of my utilities for showering and cleaning myself and the third was a little bag that holds my pencil case, pen, and books. My Favorite Place San Francisco       San Francisco has been one of my favorite place since I was at the age of 10 years old. It's a dream for me to not only go there but to also work there with my dream job which is as a programmer. I always dream on working in huge companies such as Google, Facebook,  Twitter, Skype, etc. The fact is, it is really hard to be able to work there.         But anyways here is a video of me showcasing one of my favorite city in the world. Holiday Plans Dwika meets Ajay in the school canteen. He sits right next to him and asks a few questions about his holiday plans.  Dwika: Hey, How is it going, Ajay? Ajay   : Oh, It's cool.
